TripleLift details formation of new Office of the CEO
TripleLift, the ad tech platform elevating digital advertising across every screen, announced today that CEO Dave Clark has decided to step down from his role. An interim Office of the CEO (OCEO) under the chair of former Datalogix CEO Eric Roza will lead the company on a go forward basis.
“I joined TripleLift at a time of immense change in our industry and it has been filled with moments of incredible challenge and incredible reward,” said Clark. “I’m proud of what the team has accomplished, including now accelerating growth and profitability. I wish Eric Roza and the whole team continued success and will be cheering the company on long after my departure.”
In addition to Roza, the Office of the CEO will consist of top TripleLift executives across product, operations, Go To Market/GTM and technology. This office is now responsible for all company operations and strategy, and will streamline decision-making and accelerate the pace of execution and innovation.
“On behalf of the Office of the CEO, I want to say how excited we are to lead TripleLift into this next wave of growth,” added Andrew Eifler, TripleLift’s chief product officer and member of the OCEO. “Our recent innovations in cookieless targeting, and launch of differentiated retail media and CTV products have positioned us as a leader in the ad industry’s fastest-growing segments.”
