Every ad tech partner you work with should have a solid P&I plan.
Partners that do will be the most innovative and have attainable plans,
striking a balance between the ambitious and the practical.
Once you have vetted your partners, make sure you have established
how long it takes to build out any solutions these partnerships offer —
and if you should adjust expectations or timelines in response.
❑ Are your partners resourced to handle the changing
Privacy & Identity landscape?
❏ Do their solutions solve only one use case or several use
cases for your yield needs?
❏ Do they have a track record in breaking ground in
innovative spaces?
❏ Are their solutions future - proofed, or are they dependent
on other entities, platforms, and/or regulators technically
and legally upholding them?
❏ Will your partner be in a position to help you package
inventory to drive premium demand?
❏ Does this partner offer unique formats, services and/or
data?
